Re: Orlando travel advice
I'll second NS' s MK fast pass choices and comments 're the fireworks.

if you can get there absolutely first thing then head straight for splash mountain. you should be able to do that and thunder mountain a few times before it packs out and use the fast passes for something else. MK is a special place but you can probably get it done in a couple of days

universal is cracking. keep an eye out for the single rider lanes. jumped on a few good rides quite quickly whilst Mrs sarge and the little ones were doing Dr Seuss world.

can't remember which of the two parks it's in but the Harry potter ride in the castle is great. if you need to cool down the Popeye rapids is worth doing. you'd be drier swimming.

Blimey I LOVE Epcot... my fav by far!! Nothing beats drinking round the world there!! Not that bothered by the Orlando Universal Studios 2 now especially after being 3 times to Hollywood Universal Studio's which knocks the spots off the pair of them...

Went in April for first time. 3 kids between 8 and 14. You will love it!!

Top 3:
Bushe Gardens
Seaworld
Universal/Islands of Adventure

Waterparks were quality also. We all agreed Epcot and Magic Kingdom were pretty crap and I would pretty much go to any of the parks again, but not those. . Enjoy!

Must see are the three fireworks/end of day shows...

MK - Wishes
Epcot - Illuminations
HS - Fantasmic

App' they spend $1m a night on fireworks... and you can see why ... worth the admission alone

Re: Orlando travel advice
MK - All the Mountains (Space, Thunder, Splash)
Epcot - Soarin, Test Track, Mission Space.... you'll have no chance with the Frozen one as it's booked up YEARS in advance!!
ANAL kingdom - Expedition Everest, Kali River Rapids, Kilmanjiro Safari (do it early in AM or early evening when animals are more active)
Dinsey Studios - Tower of Terror (if its still running), Toy Story midway mania, Rocknrollercoaster

If you got your tickets already did you know you can pre book your fast passes now on the Disneysite??

Thanks guys as ever for the very informative stuff and taking the time to do so. This trip has been over a year in the planning during which time I have had more than a few challenges so am planning for the kids to have really happy memories of this one. Will let you all know. Cheers.

1) IsaacHock has just posted the funniest thing on here since TrueSupporter threatened to get Bill Gardner to duff One Iron up.

2) what does this have to do with West Ham?

I loved Anal Kingdom, Mrs H not so keen (she prefers it in the place next door). It took me about 1/2 hour to get up there, once in it was nothing like the videos I had watched online. It was a lot bigger than I was expecting - Mrs H could hardly walk by the end.

Good to know...

Final opinions, I would like to go in again, but thats unlikely; Mrs H says its a shithole that should be left well alone.
